Chinese Egg Tarts 蛋塔!!
So i have finally had my FIRST dim sum experience, which is kind of embarrassing to say the least because I am chinese and stereotypically every chinese person eats dim sum of course! Anyways, the food was amazing and i have had most of the little dishes and one of my favorites would have to be the egg tarts. They are so good, creamy egg filling with crispy outside. It's like the chinese version of the custard. And the best part about is that it is not sweet like most desserts. I am just so happy to have finally gotten some because they are so amazingly good. Now all I have to do is learn how to make it which shouldn't be all that hard I hope.
